The MS-16 medical/veterinary scale with built-in height gauge is particularly suited to the medical or veterinary industry where weight and height can be quickly and efficiently taken. With a capacity of 44 lb / 20 kg and readability of 0.01 lb / 0.005 kg, the MS-16 will accurately weigh infants or small animals

Easy-to-Use Keys: Three operator keys makes the scale fast and very simple to use. Place the MS-16 on a flat, safe and stable surface, turn on and use. The scale will automatically turn off after five minutes if not in use. The scale has an easy-to-use “MEMORY HOLD” feature that captures an unstable weight allowing it to be recalled once the infant or small animal has been moved - making it ideal for small patients/animals that are constantly on the move.

Height Gauge: Designed for efficiency to help reduce stress on the patient, the MS-16 comes standard with an adjustable height gauge that can measure patients from 13." up to 27." / 35 cm up to 70 cm. Fold away paddles at either end of the height gauge can be quickly opened and adjusted to accurately measure the height of the patient being weighed.

Base Construction: With smooth curved edges, the scale safely cradles the infant while being weighed and measured in an easy-to-clean ABS plastic weighing platter.

The MS-16 accurately and quickly weighs and measures the most fidgety infants. The dual scale efficiently and safely weighs and measures at the same time reducing the time the infant is on the scale.

The fold away paddles at the end of the height gauge can be quickly opened and adjusted. The smooth curved edges of the scale safely cradle the infant and are easily wiped down. The adjustable leveling feet allows you to place on an uneven surface safely.

The memory hold feature captures an unstable weight allowing it to be recalled once the infant has been taken off the scale. This gives the health care professional the ability to record the measurements after the exam.

The tare button allows you to place a blanket or weighing pad on the scale for the infants comfort and zero out the scale, so only the infant’s weight is displayed. The large easy-to-read LCD display with white backlight is ideal for any lighting conditions. The auto-off feature shuts the scale off after five minutes preserving the battery life.
