It features a very sturdy deck plate with diamond cut pattern (to prevent slipping) and special treated paint, which can to a great degree prevent scratching. The scale is using four high quality alloy steel load cells that manufactured by DIGIWEIGH.
The scale is one-of-its-kind that integrating DIGIWEIGH’s most advanced technology in one indicator. With a few clicks on the indicator you can use the scale as an animal scale (for moving objects such as cows and horses), a check-weighing scale (alarm when the readout is in (or out of) a certain range and a counting scale (counts the items on the platform accurate to one pound). The scale can also hold the readout, add up the total weight and print ticket (with optional printer) and pre-tare the container that you don’t want the weight counted in. The indicator also comes with RS232 port that can be connected with a computer.
This scale is using ultra-bright LED display. The brightness is adjustable so the scale can work in any light condition. The indicator has built-in battery which can work continuously for 200 hours with full charge. It has fully-programmable sleep mode which can save power when the scale is idle. The cable between the scale base and the indicator is detachable so it is very easy to replace
