Universal Weight Enterprise Company Limited (or simply UWE) was established in 1985 by its current president, Mr. Lin Wu Fu.
Mr. Lin is a pioneer in the electronic scale industry in Taiwan and has been involved in the industry since its inception in 1980. He has guided UWE to its present position atop the Taiwanese electronic scale industry.
