Precise Standard Scales for Dedicated Shipping Applications

The Courier 7000 Series is designed specifically for the needs of manufacturing, distribution, and office shipping. The Courier 7000 Series features intuitive integration with PC-based shipping software so that data is captured accurately and efficiently - every time.

Unique Features:

• Designed to withstand constant use from offices to distribution centers. Fast setup with connection to shipping systems like UPS & FedEx. “GeoCode” application for local calibration adjustment.
• The Courier 3000s Display Hold mode (for use with large boxes and packages) retains weight on the large 1.1 in / 28 mm high backlight display, until cleared.
• AC adapter power included, and disposable battery power (not included) for portable use

• User-Friendly Basic Low-Profile Scales for General Shipping and Veterinary Applications
• Display Hold retains weight data and presents it on a large, easily accessible backlit display. Its Weight Alert™ mode alerts users to packages that may be too heavy in relation to defined values.
• Courier 7000 can run on USB type-C or disposable battery power. Optional Ethernet, second RS232, Bluetooth/WiFi, remote display, ball top and roller top for material handling efficiency are available.
• Communication Easy access communication ports including standard RS232 and USB type C Ethernet or 2nd RS232 or WiFi/Bluetooth (available as accessories sold separately)

Simple to use with four-key operation, the Courier 7000 can be quickly setup with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and other systems via the standard USB-HID interface. Weights can also be integrated into 3rd party software using RS232 output. Additional data connections include Ethernet TCP/IP, 2nd RS232 or choice of Bluetooth or WiFi.

The sturdy powder-coated carbon steel frame and thick stainless steel platform ensures years of use in heavy daily shipping use. Precise loadcells and software for NTEP/ Measurement Canada use are included.

Ball top and roller top platform options can be used in conveyor and warehousing to reduce operator stress and workload, increasing efficiency

The large, bright display clearly shows weights in dimly-lit warehouse and loading dock areas. The indicator comes base mounted but can be attached to a column for display above the platform. A second Remote Display and column can be used to show the results for added verification.

Application Modes
• Display Hold Holds the weight of a package on the display after loading, perfect for larger boxes and reducing lost data.
• Totalization Is included to provide statistical data and a running total of package weights for shift or station tracking.
• Weight Alert™ Tells the operator when a package may be too heavy for postal or courier service and may require freight service - saving your business from potentially costly errors.
• Dynamic Weighing Provides simple averaging of weights for unstable loads.
